Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Packaging/Labeling)

Hardy Diagnostics, a medical manufacturing company located in Springboro, Ohio, is hiring for an entry-level Manufacturing Technician (Packaging/Labeling). The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Package and label products prior to shipment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, batch records, and procedure manuals diligently.
• Receive and follow verbal instructions accurately.
• Maintain organization and recognize numbers effectively.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Some knowledge of science is helpful but not required.

We will train motivated, quality-oriented, self-starters.
