Job Description

We are seeking an in-house manufacturing technician to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Work with a team to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair Komar equipment
• Use precision measuring instruments and gauges
• Perform equipment testing
• Interpret mechanical drawings
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Safety-minded
• Self-motivated
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields
• Experience with 5T-15T overhead cranes
• Familiarity with assembly tools and metal shop equipment
• Basic hand tools proficiency
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Physical ability to handle workload, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements: Medium physical exertion, including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, standing, and walking. Max lift 75 lbs., average less than 35 lbs.

Work Environment: Inside manufacturing facility with exposure to dust, oil, fumes, and noise. PPE required, including safety shoes and eye protection.
