ConAgra Fds Packaged Fds operates at our Fort Madison, IA facility, seeking a production operator to join a team of about 400 associates. You will run and support production equipment, conduct quality checks, and help maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Starting pay is $22.17 per hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Opportunities exist to progress to $25.44 and $28.18 per hour after completing Level 1 and Level 2 requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production requirements.

Responsabilités

Shift: various start times-various end times
Hourly Rate: $22.17 an hour + $2nd shift .45 - 3rd shift $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to a Production Team Leader, you will operate and support production equipment at our Fort Madison, Iowa manufacturing facility. You will join a team of approximately 400 associates and help ensure the safe, efficient production of quality products.

This is a 2nd shift position located at 2467 Henry Ladyn Dr., Fort Madison, IA.

Starting pay is $22.17 per hour, with a .45 per hour 2nd shift differential.

NOTE: Associates may progress to $25.44 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements and $28.18 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
• Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
