Linde plc is seeking a Cryogenic Plant Operator in Hillsboro, Oregon to safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant and ensure reliable, efficient production.

You will monitor processes, perform maintenance and repairs, and oversee contractors while adhering to safety policies and reporting incidents as required. Strong emphasis on instrumentation, electrical systems, and control platforms will support your day-to-day duties.

Formación

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with a strong safety focus.
• Proficiency with mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation.
• Familiarity with controls and human–machine interface platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to read and revise P&ID diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams.

• Operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient performance.
• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that uphold plant safety and equipment integrity.
• Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety work policies and report all incidents promptly.
• Collect and interpret data trends to support proactive maintenance decisions.
• Oversee contractors to ensure safety compliance and quality execution.
• Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements for availability and reliability.

• You are expected to adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety workpolicies while reporting all incidents promptly
• In addition you should collect and interpret trends in equipment andprocess condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions
• Oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work toensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Furthermore, execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and recommend improvementsthat enhance process availability and overall reliability
