Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the duties and functions of the position.**What We’re Looking For:*** Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)* A proven track record of good attendance and consistent performance delivering consistent safety and quality* Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions with diverse employees* Must be willing to be on shift (12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation, fixed days or nights)* Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)* Able to operate, perform basic physical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment* Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions* Must be able to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents* Mechanical interest and operational skills* Able to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results* Track quality and waste metrics + Emphasis on sanitation/cleaning + Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently + Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business**Education*** High School Diploma or GED required**Why Smucker is the Place for You**You deserve a positive and encouraging work environment.
