Role Overview

As a Production Technician, you will be part of a production crew reporting to a supervisor in an assigned area. Your role involves observing operating principles of equipment and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The Conroe plant operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all 5S standards, safety practices, and policies, including food safety, PPE, and emergency procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet goals.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect aluminum products for quality and compliance with customer specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and uphold ethical standards.

Required Experience and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a mechanical role with troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 2+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Physical Environment and Conditions

• May include hot/cold conditions, prolonged standing/walking, climbing stairs or equipment.
