Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician for our Woodhull, Illinois facility. You will help operate highly automated equipment for harvesting, conditioning, and packing, while supporting receiving, conditioning, and packaging workflows.

You will also participate in harvest activities, forklift duties, warehouse tasks, and field logistics, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (GED within 12 months), basic computer skills, a valid US driver’s license,

Qualifications

  • Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime including nights and weekends during seasonal peaks.
  • High school diploma or GED; GED within 12 months of hire.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
  • Valid US driver’s license.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor highly automated equipment for harvesting, conditioning, treating and packing.
  • Oversee receiving, packaging, harvest, product return and precleaning.
  • Participate in harvest activities: preparation, drying, shelling and unloading of product.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks including forklift operation and sample collection.
  • Field activities: scouting, inspection and logistics management.
