Job summary

Victory Church is seeking a Production Technician to support the mission by providing technical leadership, volunteer development, and operational support for services, ministries, and events. This role oversees production systems, schedules and equips volunteers, and helps create engaging environments that support worship and communication.

The position involves partnering with the Campus Production Director, managing AVL/Graphics, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring services run smoothly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production training and/or equivalent experience in a live production.
• ProPresenter, Dropbox, Planning Center, ClearCom, Microsoft Office Suite, MacOS, Clearstream, Rock are used in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Campus Production Director to support the production needs and vision of campus ministries and events.
• Oversee AVL and Graphics positions for services, rehearsals, and special events when needed.
• Schedule and communicate with production volunteers through Planning Center/Clearstream for Weekend Services, Youth, Young Adults, and other ministries.
• Recruit, train, develop, and onboard volunteers with clear systems, workflows, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing coaching.
• Lead and support production teams for midweek ministries ensuring leaders are equipped and needs are met.
• Prepare and manage service content—loading presentations, media, and assets for campus ministries and events.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, organization, and repair of production equipment and systems.
• Maintain clean, organized, ministry-ready production and volunteer spaces.
• Participate in staff meetings, rehearsals, planning sessions, and weekly one-on-one meetings with the Campus Production Director.
• Champion the vision and culture of Victory through volunteer development and effective communication.
• Provide Front of House (FOH) and Monitor Engineer coverage as needed in place of contracted personnel for weekends and mid-week services.

Partner with the Campus Production Director to support the production needs and vision of campus ministries
