️ What You'll Do

As a Production Technician at AB Electronics, you'll play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing lines running efficiently and reliably:

• Program, monitor, and troubleshoot high-tech manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and repairs across production lines.
• Assist with technical documentation and process improvement.
• Partner with supervisors and engineers on new product rollouts and technical training.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and equipment adjustments.
• Support daily production goals with hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production tech roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with SMT, test stations, mechanical assembly, or AOI systems.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement practices is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a team-oriented environment.
