Work Location:

The initial work location will be at our facility in Peekskill, NY. The operations are scheduled to relocate to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing to work in Peekskill for approximately 6-8 months and then transition to Middletown.

Job Summary:

Cannabis Production Technicians are involved in manufacturing products from initial stages to final sale-ready units distributed to dispensaries and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be at least 21 years old (state law).
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various cannabis strains and styles.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain health and hygiene standards per OSHA.
• Follow instructions and accept feedback to ensure product quality.

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing consumable goods preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of standing or sitting for long periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Full use of arms and fingers for manipulation.
• Repetitive motions using hands and arms.
• Willing to wear PPE.
