Position: Production Technician
Department: Pigments Operations
Location: Amelia, OH
Supervisor: Plant Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate production equipment to produce quality pigment dispersions following standard operating procedures.
• Support manufacturing by making support materials, supporting final products, and handling materials using equipment like hoists and forklifts.
• Perform routine cleaning of flooring, tanks, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth process flow.
• Follow detailed work instructions to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to safety procedures and complete safety training, including monthly Dupont modules and cybersecurity training.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Communicate effectively during all production phases, including interactions with shipping, quality control, maintenance, and HR.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED/equivalent.
• Certification to operate industrial trucks and elevated platforms.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic skills in MS Office, math, reasoning, and physical tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• Associate’s degree is a plus.

Type: Full-time, Night Shift (4/4 schedule)
