Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training documentation, manuals, and multimedia content for production roles.
• Utilize LMS to schedule, track, and report training activities and learner progress.
• Collaborate with Production SMEs to ensure accurate, relevant training content.
• Provide troubleshooting support during trainings and assist learners with equipment issues.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with information assurance policies and security standards.
