ONWARD SEARCH is seeking a Production Tech for the 1st shift at a Two Rivers manufacturing site. The role involves operating machining equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The position is temp to perm, with potential for permanent placement based on performance. Candidates should be prepared to work with gauges/blueprints and maintain accurate records while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred; entry-level considered.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer skills helpful for reporting labor, scrap, and rework.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Capable of lifting up to approximately 40 lbs continuously and performing repetitive tasks.
