In this hands‑on role, you'll provide quality support while assisting with production operations, coaching individuals on assigned job tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. You will be preparing shipments, maintaining workshop supplies, operating equipment such as forklifts and delivery trucks (training/qualification required), collaborating with community business partners, and ensuring a safe, inclusive work environment.
