Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Helper for a leading aluminum manufacturer in Chandler, AZ. You will support the production team by setting up, operating, and assisting with equipment used to process aluminum products, including stretchers, saws, pallet jacks, and hoists.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, material handling experience, and ability to follow safety and production procedures. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling.
• Experience stretching, pre-rolling, and roll-straightening aluminum.
• Experience shearing metal.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow safety, quality, and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and assist with equipment used to process aluminum products, including stretchers, saws, pallet jacks, and hoists.
• Perform material handling activities including stretching, pre-rolling, roll-straightening, shearing, and preparing aluminum products for heat treatment.
• Inspect products, check dimensions, and monitor quality to ensure materials meet production specifications.
• Pack, weigh, and prepare finished products while maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and work-area upkeep, including lubrication, changing saw blades and rollers, tightening bolts, and cleaning equipment.

Our client, a leading aluminum manufacturing company, is seeking a Helper to join their team. As a Helper, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Helper

Location: Chandler, AZ 85226

Pay Range: $24.98/hr

Schedule: Sunday, 8:00 PM – 4:20 AM, and Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 4:20 AM.

What’s the Job?
