Job summary

Dulux Acratex, part of DuluxGroup, is seeking team members to support our Virginia manufacturing facility with warehouse and production tasks, including picking, packing, material handling, and support for automated processes. We provide comprehensive training, strong safety culture, and ongoing development.

You’ll join a collaborative team with a positive attitude, be able to stand and move for shifts, and hold a current Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll join a collaborative team that helps keep our Virginia manufacturing facility running smoothly. We produce a range of products that enhance living and workspaces every day, and our team takes pride in delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll undertake a variety of warehouse and production tasks, including picking, packing, material handling, and supporting automated manufacturing processes. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, while working for a business with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and employee development.

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • The ability to follow instructions and work safely within established processes
  • A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
  • Comfortable performing tasks that involve standing, moving, and manual handling throughout the shift
  • A current Forklift Licence
