Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Virginia manufacturing site, overseeing manufacturing, filling, and quality teams to meet safety, quality, and output targets.

You will coach and develop the team, drive continuous improvement, promote a strong safety culture, and partner with the Production Manager to support growth and site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, processing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage teams and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across operations, quality, maintenance and supply chain.
• Commitment to safety with lead‑by‑example behavior.
• Continuous improvement mindset with track record of productivity and quality gains.

Responsibilities

As the Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing, filling, and quality teams, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Drawing on your natural leadership style, you will motivate, coach, and develop your team while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, build team capability, promote a strong safety culture, and play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and expansion of the Virginia manufacturing site.

• Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment.
