Job summary

Toyota Manufacturing is seeking Production Team Members to operate advanced machinery and assist with logistics on the shop floor. You’ll contribute to quality control, safety, and daily production reporting in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, the ability to read and follow English safety instructions, and flexibility for overtime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Production Team Members perform manufacturing duties, including but not limited to:

• Machine Operation:Constant focus, using cutting-edge machines & robotics to manufacture components.
• Logistics: Delivery of raw materials and components to machining lines & transport finished goods to shipping docks.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and confirmation of parts and components through the use of advanced equipment technology and high-performance measurement systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform manufacturing duties that include:
  • Operation of high-tech machinery and measurement equipment
  • Working with small battery components
  • Moderate lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Conduct daily production calculations and update reporting
  • Working within a team towards a common goal
  • Adjusting to changing needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Problem solving and continuously improving safety, quality and productivity
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18+ Years of age
• Able to perform essential job functions of varying manufacturing positions
• Must be flexible to work any schedule
• Willing to work daily and weekly overtime
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must have good communication skills
• Able to read, understand, and verbally communicate safety instructions and information in English.
• Stand and walk throughout the assigned shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
