Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Production Team Member to join our growing team. You will operate machines that prepare printed labels, inspect product quality, and cross-train across production to help reach daily goals.

Starting wage is $19.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for a 4 x 10 hour night shift. We offer PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) match and profit sharing, uniforms, PPE, footwear, and regular compensation reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology.
• Shift differential applied; PTO and holidays provided.
