Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation is hiring an entry-level Production Associate in Register, GA. You will work under the Production Supervisor to support safety, quality, and timely delivery of products.

The role involves learning SOPs, assisting with daily operations, and contributing to continuous improvement across the team. The position requires reading work orders, lifting up to 40 pounds, standing on concrete for long shifts, and flexibility to work weekends/nights.

Qualifications

• Must have prior manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Stand and walk on concrete for 8–12 hours in PPE.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.
• Proficient in speaking English and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following safety policies.
• Assist Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations.
• Learn and follow SOPs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Help manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Support tracking of departmental performance measures.
• Collaborate with teams to improve employee relations and production effectiveness.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous conduct.
