Job Summary

As a Production Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, fabricating and assembling custom signs, graphics, and displays using cutting-edge equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as printers, cutters, laminators, and routers to produce signs, banners, decals, and other visual products.
• Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and assembling components to meet design specifications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and durability.
• Collaborate with designers, sales team, and installers to fulfill client orders efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and organize the production area for optimal workflow.
• Assist with packaging and shipping completed products, ensuring safe handling.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
• Contribute to team huddles, sharing ideas for process improvements and supporting colleagues.

Requirements
