The role blends in‑shop production with hands‑on problem solving to deliver high‑quality visuals for local businesses. You’ll operate laser engravers, CNC cutters, laminators, and vinyl tools, assemble substrates, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time installation.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication: Operate the laser engraver, Zund cutter, laminator, and vinyl cutter.
• Assembly & Finishing: Prepare substrates, assemble signs, apply vinyl, and finish products.
• Painting: Prepare and paint various materials as needed.
• Logistics: Load, unload, package, and stage materials for production and installation.
• Workspace Care: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools.
• Equipment Care: Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, report on inventory.
• Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and quality throughout production and installation.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols and operate tools and vehicles responsibly.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

• Technical Reading: Ability to read and interpret work orders and installation instructions.
• License: Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience: Relevant previous experience in the sign and graphics industry required.

Physical Requirements
