FASTSIGNS Fort Worth is seeking a Production Team Member to fabricate and assemble custom signs, graphics, and displays using our industry-leading equipment. You will work with a collaborative team to meet design specifications and ensure quality throughout the production process.

This entry-level role offers growth opportunities as our Fort Worth store expands, with training provided and a path toward increased responsibilities and pay as sales grow.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle for occasional errands with mileage reimbursement.
• No criminal history; must pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills for operating design software; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment such as printers, cutters, laminators, and routers to produce signs, banners, decals, and other visual products.
• Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and assembling components to meet design specifications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and durability.
• Collaborate with designers, sales team, and installers to fulfill client orders efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and organize the production area for optimal workflow.
• Assist with packaging and shipping completed products, ensuring safe handling.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
• Contribute to team huddles, sharing ideas for process improvements and supporting colleagues.

Job Summary

As a Production Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, fabricating and assembling custom signs, graphics, and displays using cutting-edge equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities
