Clayton Homes is seeking Home Building Team Members to support manufacturing production in the home building process. You will follow standard production methods, emphasize safety, and work with a team to meet quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Able to follow procedures and learn from feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect company assets, report maintenance needs, and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator in planning manufacturing activities and communicating shortages or issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
