Reifel Industries Inc. is hiring a Production General Labor for Pioneer, OH. You will support the production line across multiple 4x10 hour shifts, handling loading, inspection, ticketing, and quality checks.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to operate around machinery while meeting daily targets. The ideal candidate can read instructions, follow procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team.
• Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and procedures.
• Own reliable vehicle is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Able to adapt to change and handle physical demands.
• Able to lift 25 to 50 pounds repeatedly and occasionally.
• Must pass a drug screen including THC restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect each part for defects and report issues.
• Load and unload parts from racks/load bars.
• Scan and fill out work tickets accurately.
• Identify and report quality/packing/rack problems to supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Communicate line concerns between shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
