Pioneer Metal Finishing in Union City, CA is hiring a Production Racker for a hands-on general labor role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will rack, unrack, package parts, inspect items, and help maintain a clean work area while following safety procedures.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a performance review after 90 days and same-day pay. Shifts are 1st and 2nd, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; entry-level candidates welcome with no prior manufacturing experience
