Job summary

Print Works Co is seeking a Production Team Member to efficiently produce high-quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining production speed, quality, and workflow standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean workstations, operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, and collaborating with the leadership team to meet production goals. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and a strong work ethic is valued.

• Monitor product quality throughout production
• Assist with setup, production, breakdown, and cleanup
• Communicate production or material issues to Leadership
• Support team production goals and department efficiency
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies
• Perform other tasks assigned by Leadership

Main Function

The main function of this position is to efficiently produce high quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining production speed, quality, accuracy, and workflow standards.

• Successfully complete daily equipment and workstation care tasks
• Maintain efficient work habits and production flow
• Follow all Print Works production processes and procedures
• Operate production equipment safely and accurately
• Complete required paperwork and production signoffs
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and workmanship
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Assist with setup, production, breakdown, and cleanup of jobs
• Communicate production issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to Leadership
• Support team production goals and department efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team

Schedule

Monday through Friday

11pm - 7am
