Job summary

Print Works Co is seeking a Production Team Member to efficiently produce high quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining speed, quality, accuracy, and workflow standards.

The role involves following production processes, operating equipment safely, and ensuring daily quality checks, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided, and safety guidelines must be followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Main Function

The main function of this position is to efficiently produce high quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining production speed, quality, accuracy, and workflow standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Successfully complete daily equipment and workstation care tasks
• Maintain efficient work habits and production flow
• Follow all Print Works production processes and procedures
• Operate production equipment safely and accurately
• Complete required paperwork and production signoffs
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and workmanship
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Assist with setup, production, breakdown, and cleanup of jobs
• Communicate production issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to LeadershipSupport team production goals and department efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team

Schedule

Monday through Friday

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
