Print Works Co seeks a Production Team Member to efficiently produce high quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining speed and accuracy. You will follow established production processes, operate equipment safely, and perform quality checks to ensure workmanship.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to multitask, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 3pm to 11pm.

Main Function

The main function of this position is to efficiently produce high quality decorated apparel and promotional products while maintaining production speed, quality, accuracy, and workflow standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Successfully complete daily equipment and workstation care tasks
• Maintain efficient work habits and production flow
• Follow all Print Works production processes and procedures
• Operate production equipment safely and accurately
• Complete required paperwork and production signoffs
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and workmanship
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Assist with setup, production, breakdown, and cleanup of jobs
• Communicate production issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to Leadership
• Support team production goals and department efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team
