Job summary

Pella Corporation in Minnesota is hiring a Production Team Member to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team assembling high‑quality windows and doors. You’ll rotate across lines and learn multiple production tasks while contributing to safety and quality.

This third‑shift position starts at $21.65 per hour (including a $2.00 shift differential) with automatic raises at 3 and 6 months, paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities to grow into skilled or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment testing.
• Ability to lift heavy items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• As part of a team, assemble windows and doors.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‑quality windows and doors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Rotating between different production lines and job functions.
• Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions.
• Working safely around moving equipment.
• Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift.
• Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift
• Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 10‑hour shifts
• Overtime on Thursdays as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass required pre‑employment testing and work‑ability screen.
• Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
• Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team.
