Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate for the first shift in Gettysburg, PA to support assembly tasks and operate production equipment. You will have opportunities for cross-training across different areas and contribute to timely, quality output.

We emphasize safety, reliable attendance, and collaboration with teammates while offering a set schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
