Pella Corporation in Minnesota is hiring a Production Team Member to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team assembling high‑quality windows and doors. You’ll rotate across lines and learn multiple production tasks while contributing to safety and quality.

This third‑shift position starts at $21.65 per hour (including a $2.00 shift differential) with automatic raises at 3 and 6 months, paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities to grow into skilled or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment testing.
• Ability to lift heavy items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• As part of a team, assemble windows and doors.
• Rotate between production lines and functions.
• Operate tools and equipment following production instructions.
• Work safely around moving equipment.
• Meet quality, safety, and production standards each shift.
• Support team goals through flexibility and teamwork.
