Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking team members to support a manufacturing operation in Honea Path, SC. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing downtime and waste, and requires flexibility for both day and evening shifts.

We value safety, teamwork and strong communication. Prior packaging/manufacturing experience is preferred; authorized US work status is required. Excellent attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Willing to work the first and second shift.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Temperatures and workloads may vary; adaptability required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to increase productivity, reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor.
• Follow safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs. for up to 12 hours.
