Job Overview

Employees will perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and will work within strict product standards. Typical positions include arranging bacon, pressing pork bellies, hand packing on an assembly line, stacking finished cases, and rotating work assignments. The starting wage is $21.19 per hour with timed pay increases.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform all pre-operational safety inspections
• Ensure guards are in place at work stations
• Follow all Quality Production Specifications
• Adhere to PPE and GMP standards for cleanliness
• Work as a team and assist others on the line
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with rejects and downtime tasks
• Implement and maintain the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP)

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for full-time, overtime, and weekend shifts
• Preferred: 1 year of stable work history, 3 years manufacturing experience (6 months relevant in last 12 months)
