Kraft Heinz Company in Coshocton, OH is seeking a Production Team Member to perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and to operate on an assembly line with safety and quality focus.

Starting wage is $21.87 per hour with timed pay increases; weekend work and 2nd shift are required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off per contract. Training prior to bidding on a home position is provided.

Ability to work weekends is required.**Plant & Community Overview:**Plant Overview:* 600 + Employees* Union Facility* In 2015, the Coshocton facility grew from 300 employee to 600 employees* Coshocton is the only Oscar Mayer Bacon facility**Job Overview:**Employees will perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and will work within strict product standards. Typical positions an employee will fill include: Arranging bacon, Pressing pork bellies, hand packing on an Assembly line, stacking finished cases, and a rotation for work assignments. This position’s starting wage is $21.87 per hour with timed pay increases.## ## ## **Responsibilities & Duties:*** Perform all pre-operational safety inspections* Make sure guards are in place at work station* Know and follow all Quality Production Specifications in performance of the job* Know and follow all PPE and GMP in the performance of this job to ensure proper cleanliness of product* Use practices consistent with the highest possible quality and yield results* Take single drafts of OM bacon and arrange them correctly onto product cards* Place drafts of bacon onto the lug conveyor/table correctly, carefully, and timely making sure to fill all available holes* Downgrade necessary drafts that are not OM quality to proper grade* Work as a team and assist other arrangers as needed on the line* Keep area clean by sweeping floors, emptying white tubs into v-mags, clearing packages from green tub, emptying trash cans, and emptying red tubs into yellow barrels* Assist with rejects while at extra position or while there is downtime on the line* Perform additional duties as directed by supervision* All employees are responsible for the implementation, on-going maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) here at Coshocton* Proficient in developing technologies## **Qualifications:*** Ability stand for the duration of shift excluding designated break times* Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for duration of shift excluding designated break times* Ability to lift up to 50lbs* Ability to work full-time and overtime* Ability to work to weekend shift and 2nd shift (afternoon start time)* 1 year of stable work history strongly preferred* 3 years Manufacturing experience required (6 months relevant experience in the last 12 months)**Benefits:** Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
