Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Production Operator at the HPC Mason Factory. You will follow production schedules, inspect equipment, monitor controls, and record processing data in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Starting pay is $23.67–$25.40 per hour with company holidays, vacation after 90 days, medical/dental/vision, and a 401k with company matching plus a potential annual incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• History of safe work practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules with minimal scrap and spoilage.
• Visually inspect equipment for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Monitor controls, temperatures, valves and make adjustments as needed.
• Record data on work completed, ingredients used and lot codes.
• Operate filling equipment and assist in machine set ups.
• Maintain housekeeping and stage ingredients, packaging, and product.
