You will assist all plant floor duties, help reduce downtime, and adhere to 5S standards while delivering reliable attendance and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to work the first and second shift.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
• Assist all plant floor jobs and enforce safety rules.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards for shop and equipment.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
