Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Team Members for 1st and 2nd shifts in Georgia. Pay is $18.20 per hour with a $2 per hour shift differential. This is a full-time role with benefits and weekly pay.

You will follow procedures, adhere to safety standards, and work to meet production and quality targets in a team setting. A high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years in assembly are preferred, with flexibility for night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in assembly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures.
• Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
• Understand follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.
