Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Twelve-hour rotating shift including weekends/holidays.
• Must wear required PPE and work in extreme heat/cold.
• Pass pre-employment testing and background check/drug screen.
• Must be team oriented, punctual and respectful.
• Willingness and ability to learn new jobs/skills.

Responsibilities

• Commit to safety and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Clean the assigned production area (sweep and remove debris).
• Operate equipment when other operators are unavailable.
• Feed items onto equipment or remove items after processing.
• Interpret work instructions and complete tasks as delegated.
• Safely start up and shut down equipment in the area.
• Learn new jobs/skills as needed.
• Communicate with team and leadership to share information.
