Impact Workforce Solutions in West Point, GA is hiring Production Team Members for full-time, first and second shifts. You will work on an assembly line to safely meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Starting pay is $18.20/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential for second shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct model and production changeovers as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
