We are currently seeking Production Machine Operators to join the team in our East Springfield Corrugated Packaging facility. We will train the right candidate. Experience is valued. This is a direct hire; we are not a temp agency.

• Starting payrate of $18.32, plus shift premium; once out of training and probationary (60) days, pay increases to $20.10.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance record and solid work history.
• Excellent safety record.
• You must be able to use a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic math. Skills will be tested.
• A great work ethic!
• Available to work 2nd shift and every other Saturday.
• Strong focus on quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, bend throughout a shift.
• Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus; printing experience very helpful.
• Basic English language skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Offer contingent on passing background screening, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
