The Job

The Production Team Member is responsible for manufacturing pre-cast beams, columns, wall panels, solid slabs, and hollowcore products. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints to measure, mark, and build structural components, and proficiency in placing and stressing rebar strands. The role relies on instructions and guidelines to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
