Responsibilities

The Production Team Member position in Niles, Ohio, offers the opportunity to become a vital member of a high-profile, high-energy Titanium producer with decades of industry-leading manufacturing performance. Work in various departments including Melt, Forge, Finishing, Rolling, Conditioning, Inspection, and the Titanium Aluminide group. Duties range from material handling, inspection, operating high lifts, to furnace operation.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for handling materials and operating equipment
• Aptitude to read and interpret production orders, safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals
• Ability to work full-time, rotating shifts, and mandatory overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Vision abilities including close/distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Experience operating mobile equipment, including remote/pendant cranes
• Basic computer skills
• Problem-solving, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
