Job summary

Wearwell, Inc. in Smyrna, Tennessee is hiring a Production team member for 1st shift. The role involves operating the laminator, maintaining quality, logging materials, and handling loading/unloading with assisted lifting.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform assisted lifts and/or lift 35 to 45 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
• This position requires good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Pay rate $21

5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
