Job summary

Strong Hold is seeking an entry-level Production Worker for our Louisville, KY metal fabrication facility. You will support daily operations with general labor tasks, assist with material handling, and operate basic production machinery in a safe, clean work environment.

You should be reliable, motivated, and willing to learn on the job; prior assembly or general labor experience is a plus. A drug screen, physical, and background check are required.

• Must read a standard tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn on the job.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform general labor tasks to support the daily operations of our metal fabrication facility. You will assist with material handling, operate basic production machinery, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This position requires strong physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to read a standard tape measure, read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Flexible. Work environment is non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
