Pay: $16.45/hr + Tips! (Tips average $6-$7/hr)

Location: SW Jefferson

Required Availability: Weekends & Weekdays, AM Crew (7a-3p), PM Crew (11a-7p and 4p-12a), Overnight Crew (11p-7a)

Position Details:

The responsibilities of a Production Team Member include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Understand and follow all food service health and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness and uphold all sanitation standards of all workstations and equipment
• Learn and stay up to date on all Production processes & procedures
• Ensure quality of all products upheld to Blue Star standards
• Follow assigned station procedures; mixing, rolling, scooping, cutting and forming dough
• Demonstrate proficiency in finishing production; frying, glazing, and delivery preparation
• Demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge, and operation of all kitchen equipment
• Assist in packaging + labeling production as assigned
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines assigned by Production Management team
• Adhere to all Blue Star recipes and procedures, assigned by Chef or Production Management team
• Accomplish daily, weekly, monthly cleaning assignments
