Description & Requirements

We are seeking Production Workers at our Longview, WA Specialty Corrugated Plant. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities also include performing quality assurance checks during production and managing the upkeep of the machines.

Someone with a proven record of performance, attendance, and attention to detail; demonstrated drive to achieve and advance; initiates learning; collaborates well; helpful; able to handle physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work including 8's and 12's, indoor/outdoor work); and has mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn quickly.
