Job summary

St. Croix of Park Falls Ltd is seeking Production Team Members for our Park Falls, WI facility.

You will learn and understand the production process, work closely with the rodbuilding team, and contribute to a culture of safety and reliability on the line. Starting wage is $17.75/hour with a competitive benefits package for full-time team members, including health insurance, dental/vision, life and disability coverage, a 401k plan, paid holidays, PTO, and member discounts.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the production process.
• Collaborate with the rodbuilding team to stay productive.
• Provide suggestions for improvement and cross-train to enhance team flexibility.
• Work safely and reliably on the 1st shift from 7am to 3pm.
