Job summary

Pure Fishing in Sandwich, IL is seeking an Assembler I for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd). You will support manufacturing by packaging, palletizing, and ensuring quality while adhering toSafety standards in a temperature-controlled environment.

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and flexibility for extended hours or weekend work as needed. You will join a team focused on reliable production and continuous improvement.

Join Our Team as an Assembler I at Pure Fishing in Sandwich, IL! We are looking for all shifts:

• 1st (6:00-2:30PM)
• 2nd (2:00PM-10:30PM)
• 3rd (10:00PM-6:30AM)

What will you do?

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role keeps our operations moving, and you’ll be an essential part of bringing our products to life.

• Packaging finished goods and checking for quality.
• Palletizing products like a pro.
• Keeping quality control standards top-notch.
• Performing physical tasks like lifting, twisting, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.).
• Following our safety warm-up program to stay injury-free!
