Job summary

Salata Dressing is seeking Production Team Members to join our Production department in Houston, TX. This hourly, non-exempt role supports daily food preparation and helps maintain our high standards.

You will follow recipes, work as part of a team, and adapt to varying shifts, including extended hours, holidays, and weekends. A safety-minded approach and attention to detail are essential.

Production Team Member Core Responsibilities

Typical activities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare food in a timely, neat, and accurate manner.

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt position. Days and hours of work vary depending on production needs. This position regularly requires working extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse work environment setting. Occasionally be exposed to variable temperatures depending on the season. Daily environmental exposures to heat, cold, and water.
